Job Description
Answering front line calls for a minimum period agreed
Conducting coaching sessions
Providing in-line support
Supporting of the performance management team
Acting as contact person for violations of guidelines
Handling of Supervisor Calls
Conducting quality discussions
Handlining Back office activities
Implementing mandate and refresh training
Holding a role model function in the areas of information security/data protection and occupational safety.
Our requirements:
6 months proven relevant experience
Fluency in German
Good level of English (B2+) would be considered an advantage
Good expertise (processes, tools, technology)
KPI values in the very good range
High reliability and flexibility
Quick comprehension, willing to learn and motivation
Ideally, experience or training in the field of training
Exemplary behaviour
Helpful, communicative and willing to give more than expected.

qualifications, aptitudes and abilities required for the position for which you will be applying

surname; permanent address, e-mail address; date of birth; personal identification number
(PIN) for Bulgarian nationals; personal number of foreigner (PNF) for foreign nationals;

provided in the CV and in the cover letter in case you voluntarily providing us with data other
than we requested and for processing your personal data in future recruitment processes in
case you agree to take part in those processes; c. Our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f) of

tests. We have a legitimate interest in verifying your abilities, aptitudes, legality of stay and

5. In the event your personal information will be transferred to processor outside the
European Economic Area (EEA) and the transfer involves countries that have not been
designated by the European Commission as having adequate legal protection for personal

data. for a period of 6 months for the processing of your personal data in the current
recruitment process for which you applied for a period of 12 months if you give your consent
for the processing of your personal data for the purpose of future recruitment processes. You
have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data,
restriction of processing or the right to data portability. The right to withdraw consent at any
