Answering front line calls for a minimum period agreed
Conducting coaching sessions
Providing in-line support
Supporting of the performance management team
Acting as contact person for violations of guidelines
Handling of Supervisor Calls
Conducting quality discussions
Handlining Back office activities
Implementing mandate and refresh training
Holding a role model function in the areas of information security/data protection and occupational safety.
Our requirements:
6 months proven relevant experience
Fluency in German
Good level of English (B2+) would be considered an advantage
Good expertise (processes, tools, technology)
KPI values in the very good range
High reliability and flexibility
Quick comprehension, willing to learn and motivation
Ideally, experience or training in the field of training
Exemplary behaviour
Helpful, communicative and willing to give more than expected.

for the processing of your personal data for the purpose of future recruitment processes. You
have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data,
