Customer Service Advisor with English

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team on a temporary contract (minimum 3 months).

What You'll Do:

• Conduct outbound calls in Bulgarian to lead customer satisfaction surveys
• Provide customers with clear and accurate information about products and where to find useful resources
• Deliver consistently high service standards in every customer interaction
• Provide constructive feedback regarding customer concerns and technical issues
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Support additional business needs when required

What We're Looking For:

• Native-level Bulgarian (spoken and written)
• English level B1–B2 (spoken and written)
• Previous sales experience is considered an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Patience and professionalism when handling challenging situations
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
