Recruiter with French (m/f/d)
As a Recruiter with French (m/f/d), you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for French-speaking roles across various Capita projects. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, process improvement, and international collaboration.
What you will be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering
- Building and maintain candidate pipelines for French-speaking roles
- Conducting phone interviews and assess candidate fit
- Coordinating interviews, assessments, and language testing
- Maintaining accurate candidate records in Workday
- Providing timely and professional communication to all candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring needs
- Representing Capita at job fairs and networking events
What you need to succeed:
- Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2+). Knowledge of Italian would be a plus.
- Preferably previous experience in recruitment, customer service, sales in a multilingual environment
- Experience with volume hiring and language-based recruitment - good to have but not mandatory
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g. Workday) - good to have but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
- Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented mindset
