For one of our trusted international partners — a company delivering innovative global business solutions — we are currently looking for a Senior Performance Reporting Analyst to join a newly established and fast-growing team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of reporting and analytics outputs that support performance optimization and operational efficiency;
- Drive improvements in reporting processes, structure, and data clarity across the organization;
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that track key operational KPIs and performance indicators;
- Prepare and deliver regular insights related to workforce performance, scheduling adherence, and service levels;
- Analyze trends, deviations, and patterns in data, translating findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored data solutions;
- Support stakeholders with timely escalations, risk visibility, and data-backed paths to resolution;
- Act as a point of reference for reporting-related topics, contributing to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team;
- Communicate data in a structured and compelling way, helping stakeholders understand “the story behind the numbers”.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in reporting or data analysis, ideally within a customer service, sales, or operational environment;
- Experience in a senior or coordinating role, such as mentoring colleagues, leading reporting initiatives, or acting as a subject-matter expert;
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights;
- Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar;
- Confidence in presenting insights to management and working with multiple stakeholders;
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
