Tech Support Associate with German (hybrid)

They are looking for a Tech Support Associate  with German (B2B project) to join their successful team in Bulgaria. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

Main Responsibilities:

- Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate clients from a famous brand;

-Perform Technical support in connection with resolving technical issues, related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile phones, routers, Microsoft Office package, VPN, Outlook and other applications;

- Uninstall and reinstall software applications;
- Resolve username and password problems;
- Assist with navigation around application menus.

- Have excellent verbal and written German (C1 Level);
- Good English level (B1/B2 Level);
- Have technical knowledge, understanding, and passion for technologies;
- Previous experience in customer or technical support will be considered as a strong advantage.
