Service Desk Expert with German (Brand-new project)
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing specialized technical guidance in problem-solving to corporate clients of a renowned mechanical engineering brand;
- Delivering excellent service desk support in resolving technical issues related to internal systems and applications, resetting operational systems, Office 365, and servers, using the ticketing system, and dealing with inbound correspondence;
- Uninstalling andreinstalling software applications;
- Supporting B2B partners in configuring system settings;
- Assisting users with navigation through application menus.

This would be the right role for you if you:
- Excellent verbal and written German skills (C1 level);
- Very good command of English (B2 level);
- Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a self-driven attitude;
- Solid technical knowledge of operating systems, troubleshooting, and providing user support for software, hardware, and network-related issues;
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role;
