Customer Healthcare Associate with Dutch & English

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for citizens, handling inbound calls and guiding them to the right resources. Your empathetic nature and excellent communication skills will be crucial in providing a supportive and understanding experience for every caller.
What you'll need:
- Fluent Dutch (C1-C2 level) and English (B2 level). You'll be communicating with a diverse range of people, so strong language skills are a must.
- A genuine desire to help others and a patient, positive attitude.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to navigate conversations with empathy and clarity.
Details of the role:
- Salary: 3900 - 4000 BGN gross per month
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shifts between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM (specific times to be confirmed).
- Work Environment: Initially, you'll work from our client's office, but there may be an opportunity for a hybrid work model in the future based on your performance.
