Customer Care Advisor (m,f) with Dutch: E- Health Care

Start: 13th October

B&M with possibility for Hybrid on a later stage based on performance

Tasks:

• Handling customer contacts via e-mail , phone and chat:

• Supports and guides customers to ensure outstanding customer support and satisfaction;

• Continuously improves customer satisfaction by handling complaints in a professional manner,

• Taking ownership and being accountable for a satisfactory outcome for the customer.

• Achieve key metrics, targets and goals to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers

Skills:

• Have fluent level of Dutch language (C1/ C2)

• Have good level of English language (B2);

• Have excellent knowledge and use of MS Office applications;

• Have excellent customer care skills;

• Have excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
