Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative if you speak English and you like people!

We\'re looking for motivated, service-oriented Customer Service Representatives to become part of a dynamic team supporting a leading telecommunications client.

In this role, you\'ll manage customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring each interaction results in a positive customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for billing inquiries , installation , and activation processes

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email/ticketing systems

• Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date

• Collaborate with team leads and peers to troubleshoot issues and ensure high-quality service delivery

What We\'re Looking For:

• Fluent English skills – both written and spoken

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• A positive attitude with a proactive, solution-focused approach

• Ability to multi-task, stay organized , and perform under pressure

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability , and attention to detail

What We Offer:

• Fully paid training :

  • 2 weeks of product training + 1 week of transition coaching

• Working hours :

  • 8-hour shifts between 10:00–22:00, Monday to Sunday

• Hybrid work model after 3 months:

  • 2 days remote, 3 days in-office

• Compensation :

  • BGN 1,800 gross for the first 2 months

  • From month 3: 2,000 BGN gross + up to 200 BGN monthly performance bonus
