Our partner is a new company on the Bulgarian market, operating in the iGaming field. For their latest project – an online gaming and sports betting platform they are looking for a:
Key Users Consultant with German and English (iGaming)
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from key clients in the platform
- Analyze and monitor user behavior patterns
- Present company products and services to current and potential VIP users
- Create personalized bonuses and offers based on clients’ needs
- Collaborate closely with the KYC and Risk departments

Main Requirements:
- Excellent command of German (at least C1)
- Working level of English (at least B2)
- Strong communication skills
