For one of our clients we are looking for Billing and Support Specialist with French and English

Focus of the role:

• Validate contracts and billing documentation;

• Handle customer queries, manage change requests and updates, and maintain clear and timely communication with various departments and external partners/customers;

• Prepare reports and support documents as needed while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and financial rules.

The ideal candidate is:

• Fluent in French (both written and verbal);

• Self-motivated and willing to learn, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving team goals;

• Proficient in MS Office;

• Strong organizational and communication skills;

• Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus.
