PAYMENTS PROCESSING SPECIALIST

ЕVEREST MARKETING is a new established company in the sphere of marketing and advertising.
We are expanding our team and seeking for responsible and dynamic people to join us as PAYMENTS PROCESSING SPECIALIST:
Main responsibilities:
Monitoring of financial reports and payment method performance reports;
Identifying and resolving payments related technical issues in a timely manner;
Resolving different customer queries regarding payment issues and methods;
Communicating with other internal operational departments and external partners;
Audit of customers` accounts and risk assessment;
Processing of customers` payments;
Requirements:
Previous experience with online payments is considered a strong advantage;
Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Audit is considered as advantage;
Good English, both verbal and written;
Communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
Good knowledge and ability to use MS Office;
Ability to work on shifts is a must, including weekends and official holidays;
