Inbound Sales Representative with English (Plovdiv Office)

Due to our continued business and operational expansion, we are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales team and play a key role in driving revenue growth by effectively promoting our diverse portfolio of client products.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring a professional and empathetic tone.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to maximize conversion.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during interactions.
• Accurately document all interactions in the systems and maintain data integrity.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and foster a supportive environment.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Very good level of English (C1 level).
• A minimum experience in a sales or customer-facing role is essential.
• Great communication skills.
• Self-motivation, pragmatic and friendly approach.
• Well-developed customer orientation skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
