Currently, we are supporting them to hire new members for their brand new Accounts Payable Team in the city of Varna, in the position of:


Junior Accounts Payable Specialist


Some of your main duties:

You will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, matching them with corresponding purchase orders and goods receipts, and resolving any discrepancies or payment issues. In addition, you will participate in the month-end closing activities and will assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation. Last but not least, you will collaborate closely with the internal departments and external suppliers.

Essential requirements for the role:

- 1+ years of professional experience as an Accountant, Accounts Payable, preferably in a multinational environment or SSC;
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Control, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or another economics-related specialty;
- Knowledge of financial processes and AP workflow;
- Proactive and team-oriented with strong attention to detail;
- Very good command of the English language - B2 level or higher;

*Knowledge of the German language would be a strong advantage, but it is not mandatory.
