Our client is a leader in the CX industry with more than 170 000 employees globally. For one of their biggest projects, we're looking for a:
Customer Support Specialist with Dutch
Responsibilities:
• Communicating with customers via phone and email and resolving queries;
• Providing information regarding clients' products and services, exceeding department productivity standards and quality customer care standards;
• Carrying out customer inquiries in timely and correct manner by predefined rules when escalation is needed;
• Understanding customer’s needs so as to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them in line with our key performance indicators;
• Updating e-records promptly and accurately.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or higher degree;
• Previous experience in customer service would be beneficial;
• Excellent Dutch skills;
• Good English skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to multitask with capacity to prioritize urgent matters;
• Good computer skills.
