Customer Service Specialist with Swedish or Norwegian
Responsibilities:
- Communicative with clients via phone, email and chat;
- Resolve consumer queries and provide friendly customer service support;
- Advise customers regarding products and services;
- Identify, research and resolve product issues and queries concerning part/product replacement and execute solution in line with local procedures;
- Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role;
- Fluency in one of the following: Swedish or Norwegian;
- Good English skills B2;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Can adapt easily to changes in products, processes or technologies;
- Good computer skills.
