Customer Service Specialist with German or French

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to customers 
• Handle incoming inquiries, requests, and complaints in an efficient and solution-oriented manner
• Investigate and resolve customer cases while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Guide customers on how to use the company’s products or services effectively
• Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when necessary and follow up until resolution

 
What We Need

• Fluency in German or French, along with a strong command of English
• Previous experience in a customer service 
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Confident communicator, capable of engaging effectively with both clients and cross-functional teams
• Experience working with CRM systems and handling customer cases
