1. The Role: Sales Representative sells IMOFIX, our game-changing subscription service: all-inclusive maintenance for properties, offices & shops (repairs, installations and maintenance – 24-hour SLA, QR-scan activation, zero hassle).


What We Offer?

What You'll Do (Your Day in 5 Bullet Points)?

1. Prospect & Close: Target 15–30 businesses/week
2. Demo the Magic: Show how QR-scan = instant 24h fixes (no more hassle and emergency plumber calls).
3. Build Relationships: Partner with facility managers – turn one office sale into chain-wide subs.
4. Track Wins: Use our CRM to log deals – we handle billing & renewals.
5. Hours: Flexible (remote/hybrid) – work smart, not hard.

Who We're Looking For – Your Profile?

1. 3+ years sales (facilities, real estate, SaaS, or services - offices/shops a plus).
2. Proven Closer: 60%+ win rate, 50k+ BGN annual quota history.
3. Relationship Builder: Charismatic, consultative seller who listens first.
4. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM.
5. Bulgaria-Based: Plovdiv
