Business Development Manager — Payments & Digital Assets (B2B)

Role summary
You will drive revenue and partnerships for a digital assets services—selling to B2B clients and building corridor/partner relationships (PSPs/EMIs, platforms, digital-asset businesses). You’ll work closely with leadership and product/compliance to land scalable, compliant deals.
Key responsibilities
Build pipeline: outbound, inbound conversion, referrals, ecosystem events, partner channels.
Sell B2B solutions: API capabilities, compliant digital-asset workflows, OTC facilitation (where applicable).
Own full sales cycle: discovery → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → handover.
Build partnerships: payment partners, liquidity/execution venues, compliance vendors, introducers.
Maintain CRM discipline, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Feed market intel into product and positioning.
Requirements
4–8+ years B2B sales/partnerships in fintech/payments/FX/crypto infrastructure.
Strong consultative selling and deal management skills.
Comfort working alongside compliance requirements and regulated constraints.
Nice to have
Network in EU payments, crypto infrastructure, or cross-border SME finance.
