We’re searching for a detail-oriented Workforce Planning Coordinator with German who enjoys bringing structure to dynamic environments and ensuring that processes run smoothly.

Location- Sofia, Bulgaria | Hybrid model

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Create and adjust monthly work schedules;
• Serve as the scheduling expert for the team;
• Keep all absences, vacations and training activities up to date;
• Assist with planning long-term training and vacation needs;
• Analyse efficiency gaps and recommend system/process enhancements!

The Qualities We’re Looking For:

• Fluent German (B2+/C1) and English (B2);
• Strong sense for organization, structure and planning;
• Analytical thinker with understanding of KPIs;
• Previous workforce planning experience is a plus, but proactive attitude is key;
• Dependable, flexible and steady during peak demand!
