International Customer Support Representative with German or French

The position includes both voice and non-voice channels, offering the opportunity to communicate with customers through various platforms in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.   

Key Responsibilities 

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email; 
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional support; 
• Maintain up-to-date records using internal CRM tools; 
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience and follow company guidelines.  

Requirements 

• Fluency in German or French - C1 level 
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; 
• Strong attention to detail and computer literacy; 
• Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude; 
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required.
