For their growing team in Sofia, we are looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented professional for the position of:
Workforce Scheduling Admin with German or French
Your responsibilities:
• Create and maintain monthly work schedules;
• Act as the main point of contact for all schedule-related questions;
• Update schedules after publication (absences, vacations, trainings);
• Support vacation and training planning;
• Contribute to continuous process and system improvements.

• Have experience in workforce scheduling or planning (aviation/ground handling experience is an advantage);
• Possess strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Are fluent in German or French, and English;
• Have excellent IT skills – Excel, Outlook, MS Teams (Power BI or SP-Expert are a plus);
• Are proactive, independent, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
