Currently we are recruiting Regional Sales Representative for West Bulgaria.
Reports to: Country manager
Roles of the job: Sell the organization's products/services by interacting with current customers and attracting new ones. Cover sales and customers in dedicated area. Brings business growth and high level of customer satisfaction.
- Planning & Analysis of activity;
- Establish an annual, monthly and weekly sales plan, weekly activity plan;
- Market /customer/competitor observation/analysis to establish planning;
- Regular review of sales progress (minimum: monthly) -> customers, programs, products;
- Sales / Customer Relationship Management;
- Execute surveys/audits, prepare offers, present concepts and get the order;
- Regular customer visits to build long-term relationships;
- Investigate new application areas and optimization of existing processes by carrying out surveys;
- Introduce new programs and service concepts to customers;
- Visit and develop new prospects;
- Maintain contact to top level accounts at executive level (sales approach); get “good references” when appropriate from customers;
- Execute Service Strategy/Planning (visits and calls);
- Execute field trials / reporting / trainings;
- Adequate level of education (engineering or chemistry in food & beverage industry);
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of food & beverage industry;
- Sales experience;
- At least 2 years of experience in multinational environment;
- English language skills proficient;
- Driving license – category “B”;
- Be available for travel within the area responsible for;
- Competencies: Customer Focus, Manages complexity, Action Oriented, Drive for results, Effective Communication, Collaboration, Manages ambiguity.
