Specialist for Sales Performance

For one of our clients, a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Specialist for Sales Performance.
Responsibilities:
- Timely Reporting: Ensure and assist in the prompt preparation of various management and regular reports, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of sales performance.
- Presentation Support: Assist in the preparation of impactful presentations for the Management and/or Supervisory Board, showcasing the company's sales achievements and strategies.
- KPI Coordination: Collaborate with other organizational units to coordinate and develop sales/business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) plans, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Data Analysis and Recommendations: Perform continuous analysis of company reports and Business KPIs, offering recommendations for improvement to enhance decision-making.
- Internal Control Optimization: Propose opportunities for improving internal control and reporting systems, providing assessments and recommendations for optimization.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze the insurance market, macroeconomic indicators, and peer results to stay informed and guide sales strategies.
- Project Involvement: Lead or participate in various projects related to digitalization, process improvement, and other initiatives on an ad hoc basis.
- Adaptability: Undertake additional tasks as requested by the immediate superior, showcasing adaptability and a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, or Actuarial Science. Master's degree is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar positions, demonstrating a strong track record in driving sales performance.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with effective communication both written and spoken.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, regulatory frameworks for insurance activity, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point), and technical skills in SAP and Power BI.
