We are looking for a dynamic Business Development & Sales Representative who will play a key role in expanding our reach and connecting more women to transformative mentorship opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building meaningful relationships, and onboarding new organizations to our platform.
This role is more than just sales—it's about spreading a movement that empowers women globally. Your ability to build relationships and close deals will directly contribute to creating more mentorship opportunities, helping women unlock their potential and achieve their professional goals.
⚠️Important! English Language proficiency, exceptional people skills, and proven sales/negotiation experience are required to succeed in this role, therefore candidates without those qualifications will not be reviewed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential corporate clients, HR departments, and professional organizations
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
- Sales & Closing: Guide prospects through the sales process and successfully close deals
- Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth integration of new clients onto our platform
- Market Research: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and optimize your sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team to continuously improve our sales approach and client experience

- Master Negotiator – You have exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
- People Person – You naturally connect with people and excel at building lasting professional relationships
- Super Proactive – You're a self-starter who takes initiative, drives results, and doesn't need micromanagement
- Sales Experience – You have proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, professional services, or HR solutions
- Communication Expert – You communicate clearly and professionally with high-level executives and decision-makers
- Highly Organized – You thrive on structure and can efficiently manage multiple prospects and deals simultaneously
- Flexible Time Management – Our team is located in the USA, New Zealand & Europe, requiring flexibility for calls across different time zones
