Brand Manager
We are looking for an open-minded marketer, experienced in taking on strategic challenges, who can responsibly make reasoned decisions and who loves working in a young and friendly team environment.
Together we’ll go trough development of brand strategy and portfolio, evaluation of business potential, and development of communication campaigns.
Role overview:
The Brand Manager sets the roadmap of a brand and is the driver of innovations and changes. You will have the opportunity to inspire and lead the creation of new products.
Responsibilities include:
Development and implementation of the marketing strategy
Generation of product and communication concepts
Working with advertising agencies and production houses
Monitoring and analysis of categories, trends, competitors, and consumer attitudes on the focus markets
Sales and brand performance analysis
Business opportunity evaluation and P&L preparation
Organization of consumer research
Close collaboration with the Research & Development, Production and Local Marketing and Sales teams
Portfolio management and pricing strategy
Project management
Requirements:
3+years of experience in Consumer marketing or Product development in the FMCG industry
Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or similar
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge in English – both written and spoken
Excellency in MS Windows and MS Office
Experience in presenting and argumentation of ideas/strategy/concepts
Great communication & teamwork skills
