Your Role
As a Technical Writer, you'll play a key role in turning complex technical specifications into clear, accurate, and user-friendly content published across PDF, web, and interactive platforms—empowering thousands of developers around the globe.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing, ideally in the electronics or software industry
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
- Strong commitment to user experience; your writing is not only technically sound but also intuitive and accessible
- Proficiency in tools like MadCap Flare, Tridion Docs, xMetal, or Oxygen is a plus.
- Experience with vector graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape) for diagrams and flowcharts is a plus.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain documentation such as MCU/SoC user guides, datasheets, application notes, how-to guides, and FAQs
- Translate complex specifications into clear, concise, and translatable documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and customer support to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
- Document advanced use cases, setup flows, and developer resources for hardware and software applications
- Structure and manage content using platforms like Confluence and JIRA for scalability and consistency
- Design intuitive content architecture to enhance discoverability and accessibility for users of all levels
- Maintain content quality through regular updates, QA checks, and adherence to style guides
- Actively gather user feedback to continuously improve documentation
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert, providing insights and support to colleagues
