Support Specialist with GERMAN
The project is a cutting-edge solution in healthcare that helps patients live healthier lives. You will provide internal support for IT topics via the ticketing system, email, and phone.
Needed skills, knowledge and experience:
- Professional experience as a Technical / Customer Support, Service Desk Specialist, or similar is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in German - at least B2 level - verbal and written;
- Good knowledge of the English language as part of internal communication;
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
- An interest in Information Technologies and eagerness to gain knowledge in the field;
- Willingness to work on shifts;
- Ability to start in a short period of time.
