Shift Supervisor

Due to the increased workload of one of our clients, we are looking to hire a:

Shift Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

•Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the production unit in accordance with planned volumes, schedules, procedures, technical drawings, and all applicable quality and safety standards;
•Manage resources effectively to meet production line targets;
•Lead capacity planning and resource optimization efforts;
•Identify inefficiencies in the production area, propose improvement actions, and oversee their implementation to enhance performance;
•Collaborate with internal teams to resolve critical product or equipment issues and drive necessary facility improvements;
•Work closely with HR to ensure the production unit is well-organized, properly staffed, and personnel are skilled and guided;
•Mentor, support, and develop junior team members to help them reach their full potential.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in a technical field;
•Minimum 2 years of practical experience in production and people management;
•Hands-on experience on a production line, including supervisory responsibilities;
•SAP knowledge is an advantage;
•Good command of English – both written and spoken;
•Proficiency in MS Excel and good overall computer literacy;
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
