Qualifications : First of all, we would like you to come as you are and tell us about your experience, your values, how you see yourself in 10 years. Experiences in themselves are education. When you tell us about yours, we will better understand your choices in the traditional education system. We believe in education, even passionately, and it is an invaluable asset. However, personality and value systems are equally important to us. We hope yours match ours!
Ideally, we would like to hear from you about your outstanding sales skills and achievements. We are looking for colleagues who are well organized, who know how to prioritize tasks, team players, able to work in our multinational team. It will be important to all of us that your English is up to par, but we have a good support network in your local language as well. Fluency in other world languages is an asset in our team as it will allow you to spread your wings outside of your local market.
The daily routine will include numerous calls and video meetings with clients and your team, fieldwork if you are inclined towards such endeavors, and regular office / administrative duties to help us keep a clean record of our activities.
As part of our reward system, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, you will receive two bonuses and additionally, when targets are met and exceeded, bonuses that come from working in a modern company with traditional values.

Your average monthly bonus can be between €1,000 and €2,000 (approximate; the amount may vary), which you will usually start receiving from the third month of working with us.
