About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer who can take creative ownership of our visual storytelling across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and loves translating brand purpose into compelling visuals—from static graphics to dynamic motion pieces.
You’ll be responsible for designing key creatives for our social media, website, product communications, and marketing assets. You’ll also be bringing those visuals to life through motion—short videos, animated explainers, and more.
This is a highly creative and collaborative role where your ideas will help shape how our community sees and connects with our mission.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing captivating graphics for social media, email campaigns, and product-related content.
- Creating short-form video content and animations (e.g. explainer videos, reels, motion graphics).
- Collaborating with the team on creative direction and campaigns.
- Developing concepts that translate abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Managing your workflow in Figma and/or other design tools of your choice.
- Ensuring design consistency across platforms and communications
Who You Are
- Comfortable with Tools – You’re proficient with Figma, and familiar with design/video tools of your choice (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc).
- Creative & Conceptual – You’re full of ideas and know how to translate them into engaging designs.
- A Motion Lover – You know how to make static assets move—and love doing it.
- Fluent in English – You can communicate and collaborate effectively with a global team.
- Independent & Reliable – You manage your own time and take initiative.
- Adaptable & Open-Minded – You can take feedback with ease and iterate fast.
- Excited by Mission – You want your work to have a real-world impact and contribute to something meaningful.
