About the Role
We’re looking for a Content & Creative Marketing Specialist to help us bring the stories of our community to life and amplify our message across digital channels.
This is a unique blend of content creation, storytelling, light design, and AI-enhanced creativity. You’ll be the bridge between our users’ voices and our brand presence—turning real mentorship experiences into authentic, compelling content that resonates with current and future community members.
This role requires a sharp storyteller, a confident communicator, and a creative thinker who understands the power of words, visuals, and distribution.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Transforming user-generated stories and feedback into marketing content (blogs, emails, videos, testimonials, and social media posts).
- Distributing content across our digital channels:
- Mentorship platform
- Website/blog
- Email marketing
- LinkedIn & other social platforms
- Designing digital assets to support and elevate content:
- Banner images
- Social tiles
- Branded visuals
- Collaborating with the team to ensure brand tone and messaging are consistent across all content.
- Using AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) to support ideation, drafting, and creative exploration.
- Contributing to campaigns that elevate our message, drive engagement, and inspire our audience.

- Highly organised & detail-oriented – You thrive on structure, can juggle multiple content projects, and always deliver on time.
- A storyteller at heart – You know how to shape a narrative that connects, educates, and inspires.
- Digitally fluent – You’re comfortable creating content for digital platforms and understand how to reach and engage audiences online.
- Creative with design – You can produce clean, on-brand visual assets (Canva, Figma, or tools of your choice).
- AI-curious – You enjoy using tools like ChatGPT to brainstorm and build creative content faster.
- Detail-oriented & organised – You manage your time well, deliver on deadlines, and keep projects moving.
- Clear communicator – You write clearly, collaborate openly, and can adapt your tone to match a brand.
- Mission-aligned – You care about the empowerment of women and want your work to have a positive impact.
