Customer Service Consultant
A UK-based company has an open position at it's Varna office for an ambitious person seeking a career in the field of consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer service and communication through email, telephone etc
* Customer database maintenance
* Communication with UK institutions, tax authorities etc
* Compile financial information, make financial calculations
* Handle requests for information and data
* Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
Required Skills, Education and Knowledge
* Very good written and spoken English
* Computer literacy - Office applications, Email, Internet.
* Strong communication skills, ability to deal with clients sympathetically and efficiently
* Strong motivation to acquire completely new skills, particularly in the field of UK tax law
* Attention to detail and accuracy
Skills And Experience which will be considered an advantage (not compulsory)
* University degree in Economics
* Knowledge of computer applications in the field of financial mathematics, spreadsheets
* English Language High School or university degree in English philology
* Experience in the use of open source applications - Linux, Open Office, etc
* Any knowledge at any level of Slavonic languages - Polish, Croatian, Russian etc
