Airline Assistance Representative - English (Sofia)
Main responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone;
- Assisting with daily cases related to seat allocation, schedule changes, airline policies and regulations;
- Maintaining and updating the company database.

- High level of English (B2/C1);
- No previous experience required;
