CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
What to expect of your role:
You will be part of our Turkish Customer Support Representative team, responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to the Turkish market in our new Varna branch, which operates globally. The company offers a supportive environment with comprehensive training provided from day one to ensure you can excel in your role. You will work on a shift-based schedule from office. The office is situated in Varna.
You will be expected to:
- Deliver high-quality services to our customers;
- Answer via live chats and emails;
- Help customers with complaints and questions;
- Give customers information about our website;
- Other project support work.
(Full training will be provided)
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Can-do attitude;
- Excellent knowledge of the Turkish language;
- Good knowledge of the English language would be a plus;
- Previous experience in customer care fields;
- The right attitude, accurate, hard-working, attentive to details, and self-organized person;
- Flexibility on working hours and days (work by shifts).
