German-speaking Customer Support Specialist (Public Sector) - Remote
Setup: Fully Remote | Official Employment | 28 to 40 hours/week | Core working hours: 9:00–18:00 | Onboarding in Germany.
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist with the structured rollout and user adoption of a specialized
digital application in the public sector.
You will work closely with employees, helping them understand how to work with the client’s software. You help German municipalities to successfully digitize their processes. This is a long-term opportunity to contribute to the modernization of public services in Germany, remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria.
About our Client
You’ll support a German IT software company focused on secure and legally compliant digital solutions for the public sector. Their platforms are designed to streamline communication, document exchange, and administrative processes within public institutions. The work environment is structured and professional, with a strong emphasis on data protection, compliance, and user guidance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take part in structured onboarding in Germany to understand the client's tools, processes, platform, and support public-sector users in adopting the application and using its features effectively.
- Follow a defined project blueprint to guide daily tasks and ensure consistency.
- Explain key settings and functionalities to third parties in a clear and structured way.
- Work with MS Office and tools like Jira and Confluence (training provided).
What We’re Looking For:
- German language proficiency at the C1 level or above.
- At least 1 year of project experience or relevant education (e.g., business administration, management, business informatics, degree in foreign languages, etc.)
- Friendly, professional mindset and strong communication skills
- Basic IT affinity and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in or with public-sector organizations
- Familiarity with formal communication in the public sector
