- You will be the first point of contact with clients – your role is essential in creating a positive first impression, building trust, and establishing long-term relationships.
- You will communicate actively with customers via inbound phone calls and chat, offering not only solutions but also exceptional service.
- You will introduce and up sell additional products and services in a way that combines empathy with strategic thinking.
- You will provide accurate diagnostics and tailored technical solutions while adhering to best practices and compliance frameworks.
- You will perform remote security and performance checks of internet-connected devices to ensure the customer’s peace of mind and efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:- Proficiency in German with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is considered an advantage.
- A strong passion for innovation and technology.
- The ability to handle technical issues will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
