Finance & Administration Specialist (parttime/fulltime)

At Natural Heroes , we make sustainable living simple and fun with natural products like essential oils, soaps, and butters. Originally a Dutch company, Natural Heroes just moved to Bulgaria and opened a new and expanded production facility. For our four Bulgarian EOODs, we're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who brings clarity and structure to the numbers—with freedom, responsibility, and impact.

What you'll do
- Manage the administration and payments for 4 Bulgarian EOOD companies
- Qualify, pay, and book invoices in our bookkeeping system (Odoo)
- Check and control expenses and costs
- Prepare and file tax and VAT declarations in Bulgaria

You are
- Experienced: minimum 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience for Bulgarian SME companies with multiple entities
- Accurate, reliable, and independent: you take ownership and work with focus
- Tech savvy: you're comfortable with digital communication and using SaaS tools. 
- Curious about numbers, EU tax rules, and smooth financial processes
- Direct, honest, and positive in your communication
- Proactive: you see process improvements and aren't afraid to suggest them
- Comfortable communicating in English and Bulgarian

Big plus
- You've worked with Odoo or a similar, modern online bookkeeping tool
- You've been ultimately responsible for the full accounting flow including financial reporting
