Office Assistant / Receptionist
Excelor Holding Group is a Bulgarian company implementing projects for the supply and delivery of a wide range of specialized equipment – protective, industrial, electrical, measuring, detection equipment, laboratory, diagnostic and other specialized equipment; armored transport vehicles, fire-fighting vehicles, police, airport and other specialized vehicles; aircrafts and vessels.
Our projects are funded by multi and bilateral lenders including the World Bank, European Commission, United Nations agencies, regional development banks and National Authorities. These contract awards are the result of international tendering procedures under the donors’ specific regulations.

Our office location is Okolovrasten pat 36, "Pearl Park", Sofia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming all visitors in a timely and professional manner. Organizing visits and assisting in organizing events at the office.
• Arrange meetings with partners, managers, suppliers, and company visitors, and set up meeting rooms accordingly.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of incoming and outgoing communication, as well as other deliveries and corespondation.
• Coordination of reception.
• Performs other office activities and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Positive and personable individual.
• Friendly person with good communication skills.
• University degree will be considered an advantage.
• Good command in English
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
