  Your Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via inbound calls and emails

  • Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to:

    • Voucher Services – for cleaning, transport, groceries

    • Electronic Cards & Vouchers – lunch, eco, sport, and gift cards

    • B2B Services – support for companies managing employee benefits

  • Handle administrative tasks and update internal systems

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow internal procedures

  • Collaborate with internal departments when necessary 

    Requirements

    • Fluent Dutch (C1) – spoken and written

    • Good English (B2+) – for internal communication

    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

    • Customer service experience is an advantage

    • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced multinational environment

      • 📍 Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Office-Based)

      • ⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 21:00

      • 🕐 Rotating shifts (40 hours per week)
