Main applications are in plastic injection machines (automotive, household), automated manufacturing processes in the food & beverage, packaging industries etc.
For our sister company in Bulgaria (Gimatic Bulgaria EOOD) and office based in Plovdiv we are looking for Customer Service Support Assistant with the following abilities.
The perfect candidate has:
- Listen and respond to customers queries via phone and/or e-mail
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients’ requests
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Front office accounting knowledge
- Issuing invoices and offers to customers
- Background with ERP system will be an advantage especially for person who has got experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- The position is not for online job
Your profile:
- To have a good level of English
- To enjoy communication with people and resolve cases
- To have a friendly personality
- Experience with MS Office products like Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
- Previous work experience in a similar administrative role will be advantage
- To be a self-motivated and outgoing person
- To be responsible for the growth, development and support of existing customers and identifying and securing new customers
