We are seeking motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Representatives based in Sofia to join a dynamic team supporting a major telecom client.
You'll handle customer inquiries with care and professionalism, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with billing queries , installation , and activation support

Provide exceptional service via phone and email/ticketing systems

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
-
Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to resolve issues and deliver high-quality service

We Offer:

Fully paid training :

2 weeks product training + 1 week transition coaching

Working schedule after training :

8-hour shifts between 10:00–22:00, Monday to Sunday

Hybrid work model after 3 months:

2 days from home, 3 days in office

Salary :

2000 BGN gross during the first 2 months

2200 BGN gross + up to 200 BGN monthly bonus from month 3 onwards
