Strong phone/email handling skills and active listening is imperative. Showing empathy is key to this role.
- Create and lead sales efforts as a Salesman/Sales Specialist with our worldwide clients;
- Research, identify, qualify and develop prospective customers within the target market, the roadmap and the strategy of the company in order to meet long-term targets and KPIs and increase the client portfolio;
- Proactively approach client needs and propose solution based offers;
- Ensure that there is always enough pre-prepared leads to work on;
- Execute sales efforts within the identified priorities and framework;
- Applies sales strategic plans in order to achieve the company’s key objectives;
- Gets involved in negotiating and concluding agreements with clients;
- Acts as a Customer Success player for dedicated accounts;
- Report and discuss results and KPIs;
- Follow competitors and the industry;
★Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent English is a MUST;
- Working experience as a Sales Specialist, Salesman, or similar at LEAST 1 year;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Advertising, or Economics would be a plus;
- Highly responsible, target and customer oriented person;
- Communication abilities, analytical thinking, flexibility, opened for suggestions, positive thinking;
- Initiative, proactive, desire for continuous self-improvement;
- Results-oriented, efficiency, and good organizational skills;
- Ability to both work independently as well as in a team;
- Previous experience in a digital marketing company is an advantage;
- Previous experience in Email Marketing is an advantage;
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Creative thinker with a vision;
- Attention to details;
- REQUIRED is knowledge/experience with the following: Sales, Marketing
- A PLUS is a knowledge/experience with the following: Zoom.us, Skype, G Suite, Google Apps, MS Excel, and CRM tools;
Besides having an outgoing environment in the office, you’ll need to confidently make outbound calls to clients to strengthen your connections and handle any digital marketing inquiries they have.
