Currently they are looking to expand their team of young and awesome professionals.
* Providing a professional, efficient and accurate service to customers;
* Maintain complete and accurate records of all customer queries to ensure continuity of service for the customer;
* Regularly updating your own knowledge on company products, processes and procedures in order to provide the best accurate customer information;
* Achieving set targets for productivity and quality;
* Deal with complaints and escalations.
* At least 6 months within a similar sales role;
* Excellent Italian, Spanish, German or French;
* Effective English written and verbal skills;
* Proactive and self-motivated;
* Willing to work and communicate in a team;
* Excellent communication skills.
