Customer service coordinator with Dutch or German language
Here are your responsibilities on the path to progress:
• Handle calls regarding outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications;
• Manage written requests for updates to account information and ensure seamless direct debit processes;
• Provide top-notch customer service while maintaining high standards of administrative accuracy;

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken);
• Experienced in Customer Support;
