We are looking for: Monitoring call agent.
The monitoring team will be listening to recorded telephone calls.
While listening to a call, the call monitoring representative uses a checklist to determine if the agent handles the call according to the Company’s standards and guidelines.
∙ Fluency in the relevant foreign languages - both spoken and written - Italian and English
∙ Working language - English
∙ Excellent communication skills
∙ Professional attitude
∙ Excel, Internet
Excellent verbal, written, communication and active listening skills.
