For a client of ours we are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join their team in the planning and implementation of onboarding projects for international clients.
You will work closely together with the clients (B2B), advising and supporting them with the implementation and rollout of solutions in the areas of payments and payment factory as well as bank relationship management.
• Act as the first point of contact for corporate clients and resolve their inquiries in an efficient and quick manner (via phone or email)
• Report on system bugs and general problems experienced by the customers to the responsible departments
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the products
• Work closely with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to optimize product portfolio
• Excellent command of German and English
• 2+ years of technical support experience in a multicultural support center business environment
• Experience in a support role for a complex software product
• Effective communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated and self-organized
• Team player
• Very good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications
