If you enjoy helping people find the right information, services, then you would be a great fit as a Customer Advisor.

•  Answer telephone calls and deal with them promptly;

•  Validate customer service entitlements;

•  Use and improve Knowledge Bases through feedback;

•  Identifying clients’ problems and propose solutions;

•  Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;

•  Protecting confidential and sensitive information and materials;

•  Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support.

If you are:

•  English: Intermediate;

•  Fluent in German;

•  Willing to communicate with business customers;

• Passionate to resolve basic issues;

•  Excited to develop your professional path;
