Who we are
The first shop opened in 1999 in Heilbronn, Germany and this city is still home to its headquarters.
Having grown from a small store to one of the leader jewellers dealing with the customized jewellery, especially in Europe, it was decided to package the brand name as Glamira in early 2011 and Glamira Group is hereby established. By the end of 2011, Glamira entered the UK and Spain markets.
In 2017 the company established an office in Bulgaria

For our new office in Bulgaria, we are looking to hire a CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE WITH DANISH . We need someone to receive phone calls and e-mails inquiries from our Danish customers. To advise our clients, assist in ordering our products, respond to any complaints, and collaborate in any way on order, payment, etc. through our company\\\'s website.
The ideal candidate is native speaker, but fluent speakers in Danish are also welcome. You have to be very good in English also and have excellent communication skills, have to be patient, tolerant to clients and have the ability to take quick and adequate decisions in difficult situations.
