As a Gaming Support Agent, you will be acting as first point of contact for players of one of the largest Video Gaming companies in the industry, supporting their consoles and other products.
On this role, you will be also helping customers/gamers to discover, buy, use, and love client’s products that meet and exceeds their needs. You’ll be providing exceptional support through incoming calls, ensuring that all technical requests and queries are handled promptly while developing deep relationships.
What we are looking for:
• Fluency in German both verbal and written;
• Working level of English;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Active interest in the gaming world and proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues in a PC/Mobile/Console environment. Network skills will be considered as an advantage;.
• Ability to work on flexible shifts;
• Friendly personality and be a team player;
• Self-motivated and able to work proactively;
• High school diploma or equivalent.
